I , the worst case scenario is the uninformed and conceptually incompetent. the individual who can only make a good choice by accident or manipulation. - are mostly following MSM/gov narratives. score high in appealing to authority.
II , the mediocre, somewhat uninformed, somewhat incompetent.. the vast majority of people. the people fighting the debates on social media and driving poor propaganda. - are mostly following MSM/gov narratives. decent dose of skepticism
III , the informed but conceptually incompetent. these are rare breeds, betting on anarchists, libertarians. People who had the brains or the luck to find quality sources of information but cannot connect that information to their values. meaning they cannot interpret that information or do so in destructive ways .. (for themselves) on the long term. IV , the uninformed but conceptually competent. a lot of people cant reach sane sources of information nowadays as the world spun into a system of gatekeepers. these people are mostly on the left and a bit on the right. they know what they want, but having dirty information/premises corrupts their priorities and subsequently sensemaking.
V , the people who can both find+filter information as well as interpret it in terms of values / philosophy.
PS1 considering the level of development we reached in arts/films and tech.. false information can be easily manufactured. both information that is meant to be taken seriously, and information that is meant to be detectably fake.#redherring
PS2 corrupt sources of information, most of them owned by china and other globalists. provide 80-90% accurate information.. but packed with rhetoric that swings the package to low quality information (added paralel false premises + logical fallacies).
