Virtues and Cognitive Functions: An Orthodox Exploration

1 min read

it has been a long time, but it bore fruit: i joined the orthodox church. my heart was broken, thanks be to God, and i was humbled [a virtue that reached a certain threshold] enough to feel God, to know God better.

in consequence, my instinct was to see where everything i have deciphered so far integrates with the Scripture/ the Word. and the most important attempt was that of the virtues x cognitive functions.

i did not define them separately, as they are biblical concepts, so they are relatively metaphorical and molded to the reader's consciousness [yes, and mystery as a virtue has taken shape in my head; before i was purely rigorous].

we are in the ai era, so i suggest you use it if nothing else [or ofc you can reach me]. throw in what you see there and watch how they are defined.

i hope this will serve people who understand the nature of us humans enough to prioritize virtue.

rejoice troubleshooting !
